I AM CONFUSED
So full, yet so empty,
The emotions that I feel are such,
Every morning, every evening filled with her,
The ways that the heart traverses are such.
Collision of the emotions,
Like some galactic event
Leaving a sense of awe and despair,
I have witnessed from afar,
And have been touched and untouched,
What a combination, what a pair.
Time stands still,
Though only for me,
They say she has moved on,
Looking back, she sees nothing,
And as I step up to her, I see,
Her glamour-glazed eyes are blind to me.
